Economy 56k Dialup
The Economy 56k Dialup account offers economical internet access for light internet usage. A maximum download volume of 500MB/Mth applies. Excess download volume is charged at 12c/MB. No setup fee. Payment is by direct bank deposit, automated monthly credit card deduction or Quarterly payment by cheque/money order. A credit card processing fee applies, the greater of $2.00 or 3 percent of the transaction. Prices include GST.

Premier 56k Dialup
The Premier 56k Dialup account offers full internet access. No time or download limits apply. No setup fee. The account provides economial access for medium to heavy internet usage, especially with the higher schedules (e.g. $36.67/Mth no limits on the yearly schedule). Surface posted invoices are included, with direct bank deposit, cash, cheque, money order, and credit card payment options. A credit card processing fee applies, the greater of $2.00 or 3 percent of the transaction. Prices include GST.

ADSL
ADSL services currently represent the primary and most popular consumer based "BROADBAND" internet access type. ADSL services are available in many suburbs/localities.
An ADSL system in the home consists of an external ADSL router or modem connected to an existing telephone line. An ADSL router uses an ethernet connection to the local network or computer. An ADSL modem uses a USB connection to the local computer - which must then perform the local router task. Local routing allows more than one computer or device to have access to the Internet via the ADSL service. This is highly desirable, with many households having more than one computer, and other internet based services such as VOIP, gaining popularity.
ADSL Shaped accounts
Shaped accounts feature ECONOMICAL operation, via speed shaping for surplus download data volumes. Service speed is shaped to 64kb, for data downloads beyond the download quota, measured for the previous 30 days. Data consumed includes downloaded traffic only. All Shaped ADSL accounts include a dynamic IP address.

Web Hosting
Virtual web sites are often used by commercial business operations to provide a web and internet presence. A virtual web site does not in itself provide dial-up access to the internet, so that some form of internet access would also normally be required. The virtual web site provides a domain name based web site (e.g. www.yourbusiness.com.au), internet access for maintenance of the web site (e.g. ftp.yourbusiness.com.au), and E-Mail support (e.g. yourcontact@yourbusiness.com.au).

Other Accounts
Co-location Hosting
Co-location refers to the hosting of client equipment on-site at the ISP. The equipment often takes the form of a PC server machine, usually running Linux or Unix, with the machine hosting client supplied and supported internet server operations. Examples of such services might be a web server or a mail server.
Please note the Amisoft Acceptable Usage policy, which in part due to conflicting, confusing, and continually changing Australian national law regarding the internet, may need to be strictly enforced. As an example, Amisoft could not maintain support for SPAM (Unsolicited Bulk Emai) operations from such hosted services.
