Triumph TR7 - Index

Introduction

Welcome to my Triumph TR7 pages!

Colin Wheat Hi! I'm Colin Wheat. Having owned four Triumph TR7s in the 80's, I have for many years looked forward to getting back behind the wheel. Happily I'm now the proud owner of my 5th Triumph TR7 :). On these pages I'll attempt to present information, images, and related material, as the saga continues.

The new car

8AJ096 was purchased in Perth, Western Australia, on the 98-06-21. She is Australian compliance plate dated 1981, though I believe manafactured at the Conventry Canley plant in the UK during 1979. The car is number TCG105532KF, with Brooklands Green (HAE) paint. Interior trim is black with green plaid. She has the factory luggage rack and sun-roof.

Sadly the car was in dire straights, needing major service and maintenance in almost all areas. Much has already been done, and the work is continuing.
